Whew!
Okay, I've skimmed this thread
(haven't attempted the main thread yet!)
and I think I'm some what caught up.
Thank you Drummer Girls for sharing your
addresses via PM - I love the idea of sending
to everyone at the same time - it will be fun
to see what lands where and when! I'll share
my addy, too, when finished with this post...
As to my preferences: while I see the attraction
of "Blood and Bones" type items (and am happy
to participate by sharing these with others)
it's definitely not "my bag" (so to speak!)
I like shiny things, "charm"ing things, old
things...but not plastic, fluffy, fairy things...
Think what a Victorian lady might have collected...
Metal charms, jet beads, beach glass,
small sea shells and natural (not polished) stones, engraved buttons...
(I know, I know...many Victorians collected bones,
butterflies and owl pellets and the like - I'm afraid
I'm too squeamish for that!)
I love the idea of including stories for items too
(assuming there IS a story, or that we can
REMEMBER the story! As I just hit my half-century
mark, my memory isn't what it used to be!)
'K...I think I'm caught up...please let me know if
I missed anything!
