I live in Japan and the images are put on a server located in Japan.
(BTW I hear RWS copyright matter is still controversial in USA also...)
Besides, it is likely that Pamela-B & C were published a bit later than
Pamela A, in 1920s or 1930s. So, I got permission just in case.
