post script: i just referred to my animal spirits book, and while i'm not sure a dream spider counts as an animal spirit it says: 'if spider shows up it's an opportunity to access your deepest wisdom... rather tahn staying stuck at an impasse, open your mind to infinite possibilities and make a choice... don't limit yourself to this mundane world, but be willing to explore other dimensions... it's time to write creatively without limits of tradition, allowing yourself to be inspired by nature'.
