Making runes...

Hi! I'm considering making my own runes and making some for my cousin, are there any blessings I can do on them both?

I'm not sure what kind of 'blessings' you mean. But folks generally go with whatever feels right for them to do. If it feels important to recite something (prayers, mantras etc.) - then do it. If it feels right to consecrate your runes with elements - do it.

For me, the biggest blessing you can give your runes is the blessing of consciously and lovingly making the set and then consciously and lovingly using it, to make the Universe a better place.
