Yes it's the Thunder Bay set, used to be sold in a huge box labelled as 'The Tarot Set' with a book that's pure Rider-Waite and written by Jane Lyle, who did The Lovers Tarot and The Renaissance Tarot.

It's a nice deck but some of the details are difficult to see because it's a facsimile deck.. I seem to remember that Justice looks as if she's wearing glasses.

I quite like it....
Very sturdy cardstock - maybe not even card - and weird, dolphin-inspired backs. I can live with the smudginess.
I think, for what it is, it's a great deck at a great price. You can do serious study with it.
