I have created a Web site with free membership to help anyone who would like to track and log readings.

http://tarottracker.com

I believe it is easy and fun to use. I hope this helps!

There's also Visual Tarot:

It looks like they have free trials.

May I inquire what features you're looking for or what you hope to do with it? If it's just a reading exchange with friends, I usually just take a picture with my camera and just attach it to an email with my reading in it. Not fancy but gets the job done

Not a good idea - a pirate stealer of decks and also of money.

Read this before you click. NASTY stuff.

And this thread.

I really like Galaxy Tarot. It does the spreads for you and you can change the card backings. It had an encyclopedia of all the card meanings which really helps me when I don't have a book handy. More for beginners and not really great for logging readings but it is a nice app for reading on the run.

It needs .NET Framework to be installed though.

If not having it, the program will helping you through the process to get it during the first run.
Lots of deck...

And I third this. The Orphalese Tarot Software programmer has just released Version 10 and there are now tutorials and a comprehensive Help website.
