Ivan Milat - Backpack Killer

All kinds of answers even from Freud and Dr Oz.

Am wondering if one of the girls was a bit too outspoken or said too much, so perhaps talkative.

Inwardly, she cared about how people saw her as a person.

Not wanting to fail.

Freud: Death of a connection. Sexual repression.

So, an ending of some kind.

Sexual repression. Must be a reason why whether due to ones upbringing, religion or uncertainty with ones sexuality.

Lots of things possibly going on and all at the same time.

From family to teeth...

One loose back molar, then teeth coming out one side to the other right on to half of all teeth being in tact and half missing!!!

I did feel very self conscious not to mention I didn't know if I should go to a dentist or the hospital. Eeek... :bugeyed:

Will have to look this up in meaning. Maybe one had damaged teeth at Milat's hands or maybe a tooth problem whilst in Australia. Eg Cavity/Toothache/Wisdom teeth.

But with feeling "self conscious" something else could have very well been at play too.

Not much to report for my dreams last night.

Spelling a word in two different ways only I can't remember the blinking word. Of all things to dream...

Have got my hands on one book, however, called HIGHWAY TO NOWHERE.

From what I can gather Caroline Clarke lived away from home before leaving the UK to travel. She seems to have been close to one sister. One thing that caught my attention is she went to her parents home for her 21st then around Europe for one month before going on to Australia. Seems a bit strange she didn't see her family again between Europe and Australia.

Makes me wonder about the relationship she had with her parents even though she did call them every 2 to 3 weeks as well as write letters.

Either very independent or a conservative family.

Joanne Walters on the other hand was close to her parents. Seems she really loved children as well.

The dreams so far seem to intertwine with both girls.

But still nothing yet (maybe not at all) about the last day leading up to the forest.

In the book the Walters were expected to identify their daughter despite the advanced stages of decomposition.

Somehow instead of them doing it they were able to id her through dental records (UK). The Clarkes also had to arrange for dental charts of their daughter to be sent over to Australia once they were notified as well.

Didn't know that this is how they confirmed who they were as it didn't come up, but seems normal in the scheme of things with the state of the bodies etc.

Dream: Family.

Since getting the book I haven't really dreamt anything.

Last night, however, I did dream of being with 3 of my sisters only I was having trouble finding and talking to one kind of like the other "sister" scenario. Something felt wrong that is for sure and I did see blood.

And then of all people my long dead father stood there trying to tell me something in the middle of our lounge.

I was distracted with the blood and one missing sister, but wanted to hear him out as usually when he has a message there is relevance in it to my life or answers I'm seeking etc. He doesn't often show up.

"3" seems to have come up again too and involving 3 girls.

The other dream was two sisters and one niece and this time it was 3 sisters. (One man)(Myself)

Was someone else hitch hiking with the girls that day? Or was there someone else with Ivan Milat...a female?.

Another thought... a triangle of some kind. E.g Mum, dad, child.

Will have to think on it more and why family keeps coming through so strong.

Haven't forgotten my thread, but no dreams since the last one and haven't gotten back to the book or on to the next one yet.

But...with the "strong family" theme it has made me turn my thoughts towards the Milat family as a whole.

What if the point is...he wasn't acting alone and was in fact with different members of his family at times when committing these murders.

Since getting the book I haven't really dreamt anything.

Just been reading again..."Highway to Nowhere".

One Milat brother, I think Richard, said something odd when the 2 British girls were found - about the missing Germans still not being found yet- as though in the same forest too.

And Alex Milat told the police in April of 1992 he saw the same British girls being picked up by two men in a 4 wheel drive in Belango forest.

Think these were brought up in the mini series too only the latter brother was looked upon as a compulsive liar or attention seeker.

I do get that as a serial killer he likely did it alone, but what I question is how would he have been able to lug about a 6.2 well built hefty male through a dense forest by himself and cover most of the victims with logs that took 2 or 3 police officers to lift one at a time!

I reckon Milat would have controlled the males by pointing the guns at the females and getting them to tie the males up first...no brain thinker there. But as for the lifting of the heavy logs and the German lad - not too sure. :bugeyed:

Note:

1)A few months after Milat was arrested and in prison he asked his sister, Shirley, to dig up a Colt 45 pistol buried in their back garden - not found by the police in their raids. And to get rid of it. She did get it and their brother Walter sold it for $800.00.

To this day the police still do not know if it may have been connected to another killing etc.

Also shows the strong family ties - covering things up.

In addition, items were found at Alex Milat's place belonging to one or two of the backpackers- in Queensland.

2) Dr Bradhurst, a forensic specialist at the trial, stated that due to the "different patterns" used in the cause of deaths (Eg Gun shots, stab wounds, strangulation etc) it was likely "more than one" was involved in the killings. One if the killer was able to subdue two at the same time. But with the "different patterns" likely more than one.

So...was it a family affair after all..or at least cover up if they did know what he had done.

Seems the girls did possibly travel a little bit of the way with a Susan Burns and her passenger (Burns car ) from Waterfall station to a Caltex station at Bulli Pass.

Having read only the first page of this thread now:-

1) I have never been able to pick up energies from photographs. It doesn't matter how long I study a picture, I will never recognise the face when I see them in the flesh, because my reality-impression is so little based on their features and so much on energy, whilst I just don't get that from a photo. (So I'd be useless as a cop or an airport meet-and-greeter).

2) I have never, ever met someone who *wasn't* capable of murder. I'm the ultimate fluffy pacifist, in fact, but ten or twelve years ago there was one long, long night where I was standing over a sleeping person with a claw-hammer, just waiting for them to roll over so that I could get a good first strike on a fatal part of the brain (the occiput). We can all kill. Not all of us will choose to kill hitchhikers, but that is our choice.

3) Even the worst of people have moments when they feel okay. When they feel okay, their energy *is* okay. Your energy changes from moment to moment. It doesn't mean that you definitely have done some something bad to have sinister eyes, and to seem like a victim in a bad situation doesn't mean you are innocent.

Even meeting him face to face might not give anything away either....sad, but true. If so, he would have been nailed by now through "self confessing" or being "read".

Not telling me something I don't already know just takes the right situation to push someone over the edge I reckon. We all have the potential to step over the line.

Did read something interesting from a retired "Profiler" the other day in which he stated rather clearly that "deception" is the only thing that cannot be read verbally, non verbally...or in any other way whatsoever. Only deception. Also, that the "feet" can be the most honest revealers when it comes to reading a person. The feet! :bugeyed:

Not sure if I will be allowed to see Milat's feet, but do want to learn more on profiling.

Really like the idea of criminal profiling.....

For example, Milat would be considered an organised killer because of the time he spent with the victims and how he laid them out or positioned them, also, using things to tie them meant he was well seasoned, so not new to killing. And "two" victims at the same time is not normal therefore very confident and sure of himself unless there was in fact a "partner".

Would love to know what "feet" reveal. :D
