Looks like these folks made some from a Kickstarter campaign last year or maybe not? I haven't heard back from them. Heres more pics.
They offered 2 sizes: 16x16mm and larger 19x19mm.
They also offered different stains. Gray ones are cool.
They were priced well 7 pounds (they're in Thailand?).
