All my areas overlap right now. Like a tangled thread. How do I untangle all?
Picked "No Escape" movie since you feel so tangled..
One man is giving some encouragement to another man. The family is hungry. There is obvious troubles here.

I think the advice here is for you to acknowledge the seriousness of the situation which I believe you already have. Then realize that no matter what you've been through, you've lived and will continue to live through it. Next would be to get your rest, gain your strength, then move out and on from it completely. There's really no untangling yourself so if you can, grab the wire cutters and cut yourself out completely and move on.
I hope this makes sense. Usually there is a way to work things out but in this case, I just don't know if there is. You will have choices in the end though. The number 4 is a crossroads symbol to me.
