I think this card (like the 3 of pentacles) is quite self explanatory, it just screams of growth and development and of course pregnancy.

I think if some one was wondering if it was the right time to have a family and this card turned up it would mean a definate yes! The future looks good, and is about to give birth to a even better future then the querent could imagine.
