While on Ebay today, I came across a company called Sedona Media Company which has an Ebay store. Sedona Media is selling metaphysical DVDs on Ebay; one of their DVDs is called Lessons In Tarot. This instructional DVD is hosted by a professional reader called Gigi and her student, Kim.
The meanings of all 78 cards are discussed, and Gigi also demonstrates spreads and takes Kim (and the viewer) through a reading. Based on the pictures shown on the site, Gigi uses a Marsielles-type deck, but it says that the lessons are designed to be used with any deck.
The Lessons In Tarot DVD is being offered on multiple auctions with a starting bid of $8 plus $6.95 for U.S. shipping. The company says that their DVDs will soon be sold at retail for $29.95 each, suggested retail price. Has anyone here purchased and / or viewed the Lessons In Tarot DVD? If so, what do you think? Is it worth buying?
