I came up with this spread last night. The querant wanted to know if a long-distance relationship could/would last. He has to travel with work for at least the next three years and she is very settled and unable to move around with him. I imagine it could also work for high-school sweethearts going to separate colleges, or anytime a pair of lovers must be split up geographically.
The left column pertains to the querant (in this case, a man) and the right column pertains to the other person.

4. How he views his career (or the reason for the distance, whatever that may be)

9. Their future when and if the couple can ever be reunited geographically
The querant was really pleased with the results and said the reading was amazingly accurate. The cards were brutally honest -- they said it would be difficult to maintain the relationship, but worth it in the end if they stuck together.
