I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for... although who knows, maybe I wasn't using the right words... anyways this is what I came up with. It worked great for my friend that I was reading for..

faerylvr, I'm always on the lookout for new spreads to try--'expanding my horizons' sort of. i'll give this a try soon and let you know here how i like it. it sounds interesting.

Great spread, clean and simple but still tells us what we need to know. I'm definitely jotting this down in my journal.
