Yes, that is the Halloween Tarot, by USG. I love it. It is really a fun deck to use year round, but I especially love using it this time of year. It has a nice vintage look and feel about it. And the companion book is so much fun! I highly recommend it!

Very nice, anam_chara! There is certainly a Halloween and mystical feel to this! I can imagine someone dressed gypsy style coming up to that lovely desk and reading from it! You have reminded me that this is a good time to pull out the Victorian Regina deck! Thanks for sharing!
