I have a question regarding 7 and 9: Friends, Enemies or Lovers vs General Outcome.

What if the two cards contradict each other? I just pulled 8 of Swords for 7, then 2 of Cups for 9.

Should I take this to mean that, whatever relationship we form, will be trapped and in pain?
