Fantastic Menagerie book spreads?

I acquired a used copy of the Fantastic Menagerie and its book. The deck is, of course, a delight, but one of the previous owners apparently liked the section on spreads so much that s/he took it out. I have the LWB for the FM, which has some spreads for the deck, but I was wondering if the spreads section has any additional ones.

The spreads in the LWB:
1) The Three Card Spread
2) Classic horseshoe spread
3) The Humanimal Spread

In the book there is a fourth spread called The Chalice of Choice.

It looks like this:

-- 4 -- 5 --
-- 2 -- 3 --
---- 1 ----

1 Stem / root: basis of the issue

The spread then 'splits' to show two options:
2. Obstacles/challenges for option A
3. Obstacles/challenges for option B
4. Advantages for option A
5. Advantages for option B
6. Results for option A
7. Results for option B

There is a sample reading using this spread too. Are you missing that also?
