A Simple Two-Card Spread


I've been using this as a daily spread for a while now, it's very simple but quite insightful. The positions are as follows.

1. What am I repressing?
2. What do I need to focus on?

The second card ideally gives you some idea of how to express or feel the repressed emotion.
