Birds and fox meaning?

Good afternoon all, I need your input. I asked the cards if I would be able to run my half marathon in 3 weeks given that I am not training as much as I should due to a bad flu this week. I cough and sneeze all the time.
I got birds and fox. Hmmmmm what could it mean?
Birds are about voice and speech. Fox is about cleverness and instinct. I don't see what voice has to do with my training.
Maybe it means that I should be careful about my throat, that this would be a good strategy to achieve my goal?
Any ideas?
