That's the Thunder Bay TdM. It's sold as a kit with a book that is all about the Rider-Waite deck and has nothing to do with this one. It's a very inexpensive set.

It's a facsmile of 1760 Conver, a classic Italo-French design. It come in a cheap kit by Jane Lyle, Tarot cards. You can search more infor in the Marseille section of the forum, I have the kit, I keep it for the sake that's its a facsmile of the original.

And here is a discussion concerning that very deck. I'm quite ridiculously fond of it, even though, even with title cards removed, it is an extraordinarily tight fit in its own box.

And yes, waterproof.

Amazing lamination.

If ever a copy gets shipwrecked, decades later random cards will wash up in different parts of the world, completely undamaged.
