The night before my husband and I moved out of my mother's house, and the house I grew up in to move into our first new home, I dreamt that as I was backing out of the driveway, I tried to apply the brakes only to find that they didn't work. I tried to avoid hitting anything as I backed out and turned into the road, but couldn't figure out why my brakes wouldn't work. I interpreted this to mean that I was lacking stability and control in my life now that I have moved out of a familiar setting and into a new one. Does this sound right? Does anyone else have any insight into this dream?
