Good stones for aiding the liver?

Hi!

I don't know much about crystal use, so I was hoping someone here may have some suggestions. I'm interested in getting something with properties to aid liver function...I've just been diagnosed with Gilberts Syndrome....which means I'm missing enzymes that process bilirubin out of the blood. Because of the missing enzyme, the liver is always working pretty hard at detoxing everything else as well.

I don't drink or smoke, eat an extremely "clean" diet, and I'm going to my naturopathic doc soon to see about Milk Thistle, but some extra help on this end can't hurt either!

I did a search on liver detox but had no luck.

Did I once read that laboradite helps cleanse the liver???

Any suggestions welcomed!

so sorry about your diagnosis.

you can try working on your solar plexus chakra point with yellow stones/crystals, as this area governs the liver - it is just below your breastbone.
