Is there any Thoth tarot app?

I am looking for Thoth tarot app, I cannot really find it. Does it exist, anyway?

I would love it to have it together with a book, so you can access the info. Something in the style of Rosetta app.

Not that I know of. But there is one for the Rosetta Tarot, which is based on the Thoth.
