Message? from ? through a song verse

I have been for the last week be getting in this coming to my head in an instant, and I begin to sing it. All that comes through is these two lines;

What would you if I sing outa tune, would you stand up and walk out on me

Sing me a song to help me carry on

I will tell you I don't sing. I don't know what this song is or even the artist who sings it. Bottom line I am wondering what the message is that I am to know, I know this message is coming from deep within, maybe my soul is talking or is it a message from spirit world

I have been able to pin point the time when this happens, I will be petting my tiny little dog while she lays on my bed, then it hits.

The first line at least is a line from "I get by with a little help from my friends" by The Beatles. The second line sounds like it goes with the song, but it's not one of the lyrics. It's possible you heard it on the radio (you tube the song to see), but if not it could be a spirit trying to contact you. The song is a song about being alone romantically but finding in comfort in friendship (to summarize ). Maybe that applies to you right now?

Wow many many years ago when I was a small child I heard that song. I haven't heard it since. I had no idea that the song was about being alone (single) and to find comfort in friendship. So yes I am feeling this is coming from a spirit telling me it is okay then to be by myself and to find friendship and comfort in my tiny little dog for now, and that maybe the second line is for my dog, that I am to sing to her to help her (she has a spinal cord injury) in order for to carry on.
Both my dog and I have gone through great losses, more so me in the past 8 months and these past 8 months have been filled with uncertainty of direction to go, I have been living on faith and hope alone. So maybe a spirit is tuning in to direct / guide / being supportive. ?

In my opinion it sounds like a supportive message. Spirit reminding you that no matter how isolated you feel you always have spirit friends around you and lots of love coming your way. Maybe now is a good time to restart a meditation/prayer practice if you're not currently doing it...or do something to strengthen your connection to spirit. It might help you get through this tough time. I'm sorry you're going through such a rough time and hope it gets better for you soon!
