An Update on Dreaming a Movie Classic
Wildchilde - thank you so much for your dream interpretation. Together with my teacher's word for word study with me on Friday evening, there is a starting off point for another month of study and amplification on this dream alone. I am not going to comment on your interpretation just yet, I need to approach the dream again freshly and see what I can find. Gradually this will come to synthesis.

Together with the half-hour of disorientation when I woke up while I wondered who and where I was, and the extreme feeling of reality at the point I became the captain in the dream, this "Had never caught the beginning" phrase led my teacher and I to the strong intuitive conclusion that the part of the dream occurring in the desert was a past life experience - which is a new thing for me. This rejection of love was something that I again played out as a teenager, although not quite in the same way. But something clicked for me when I realized that I had done the same thing in a previous incarnation, and finally it appears that the ego recognized and accepted this alien crewmember, Eirian/Natalie, the Creative Beloved. And with that acceptance I woke up this morning and found that she had achieved full co-consciousness, not just as an occasional voice but the fully parallel voice of my heart - and it is wonderful to hear with your heart! Here are more details on this Listening to My Heart. Now I'm very tired, and very happy, but I'm not sure if I'm still coherent, so I'd better go to bed.Sophie-David said:This is a dream from the morning of November 14, just before the full moon in Taurus... I recognized the movie, it was a famous sci-fi epic. I mentioned to my companions that I had seen the movie on the TV before, but had never caught the beginning. I remembered that I had seen it about half way through, when the hero was making his way across a desert without his crew. At that point I knew that there were some pretty explicit sex scenes, not pornographic but classically erotic.
