I just picked this book up today from the local Metaphyiscal Bookstore. The full title of the book is Tarot for the New Aeon: A Practical Guide to the Power and Wisdom of the Thoth Tarot. It's written by P.C. Tarantino and published by Alternative Insights Publishing.
So far I've only glanced through it (and gained some insights on cards in the Ancient Egyptian Tarot that I've been having trouble with), but it seems to be two books in one. The first section of the book is titled Advisor and gives more upright and reversed divinatory meanings for the cards. The second section is titled Symbols and breaks each card down into its component symbols and tells you what those symbols. The third section is titled Personal Guidance Cards and is basically the same kind of information contained in Mary K. Greer's Tarot Constellations except it includes the Courts as Inner Teacher cards.
I was so psyched from what I saw of the book while in the store that I even paid full price for it!
I'd love to hear other people's opinions of this book.
