i found this book by chance on amazon. it has 3 RAVE reviews following the book description and as it's been a while since i bought any tarot books, i'm tempted to buy it.
i was wondering if any of you have it and what your opinions of it are.

I just bought this book. I haven't read it all the way through but have glanced through it. It looks like it has some fascinating numerological material, using vedic numerology to interpret both Majors and Minors.

The actual Minor meanings are RWS-based, though. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, just be aware that this is one of those books where the author produces RWS rabbits out of a numerological hat.
