Can anybody clarify my thoughts on..... I remember reading about a place, in the universe/spiritual realms where all the records of wisdome are held, including all knowledge on humankind. Its driving me nuts. The name I recal known to humans is The Records of .......

Does anyone know what im talking about please.

I think you're talking about the Akashic Records (some people will capitalize that, and some won't, but I believe that's what you're after...).

I may be wrong but it seems to me that Carl Jung was sort of hinting at the same thing when he referred to the collective unconscious. This ocean of or repository of all experiences that ever had or ever will be and which we are all connected to.
