whats going on between my friend and I?

I have a hard time with the "Tree" card..

The focus card is Dog.

Mice - tree - dog - letter - crossroad

The only thing I got is the Dog - letter, a friend sent me a message (multiple times (crossroad)

But the mice and tree I dont really get.. I think someone is worried but with the tree, it really doesnt make sense?

I think my friend wanted to get my attention but I ignored it.. (for a reason)..

Can tree talk about someone being old? This friend is the oldest out of all my friends.. But I dont know. o.o

The Tree card could mean that is someone is being patient or can also means that you have a karmic connection with this friend, someone that you know from another life, but the combination TREE-LETTER could mean that this messages will not happened right away but will take some time for you to get them, or can also mean that is a prescription or lab results, is this friend of yours sick???

Remember Tree have to do with health as well
