MizGrace, when I first learned tarot I was told: "charge for what you do and give value for what you change."
It isn't that you "Should not charge", it is WHERE you do it. As others have said, advertise on AT and on sites that let you. Find an on-line service for readings and join it. And find a cafe that will let you read at and read there...for money.
Etsy allows you to do Readings. You have to charge a minimum of 20¢. What you do with the profits is up to you. I believe you also have to give the Seeker a digital download or email of the Reading. You might try there.
