Winter SOLSTICE...anyone doing anything special?

I will do a ritual or two, light a candle, honor the Solstice in my own way.

Anyone have any special plans?

I see we will have a full moon this coming week as well and I enjoy doing some rituals then too.

Apparently I'm staying up all night, but it seems an appropriate observance of the longest night of the year. (The big Christmas candle my daughter gave me is too beautiful to burn, although I may use it in an emergency.) From this point on, I look forward to the longer days and shorter nights.

nope. it was business as usual for me/us. trying to get everything together and ready for our trip to the kids home.

Just quietly happy here that the world is ready to turn again. We have 7 hours daylight now and those hours have been stormy windy and rainy. I'm ready for summer lol
