I have used the Aquarian Tarot since I started reading and I think it's really visually powerful and has been a great deck to learn with. I am attracted to something a little more traditional but I find using pip cards with pictures helps me so I think I'd need that. What deck would anyone recommend I move on to, or perhaps I should stick with what I am used to?

Hi, Bryher --
The Nigel Jackson Tarot is one deck which is very popular among members here, including me. It has a traditional feel, and it has fully (and excellently) illustrated Minors. The Minors have a traditional arrangement of pips in the upper half of the card, while the lower half contains a full scene. However, the attributions of wands = fire, swords = air have been switched in this deck, which makes a difference to some people.
The Russian Tarot of St. Petersburg and the Morgan-Greer Tarot are two more which have more tradtional Majors and Rider-Waite-type illustrated Minors.

If you like the Aquarian then you might want to check out the New Palladini which is also done by David Palladini. The New Palladini is very colorful, very pretty deck.
Other popular decks with illustrated minors, aside from the one's Lee mentioned are the World Spirit and Spiral. There are several old threads on these decks you can search as well as images of them here at Aeclectic.
Keep us posted on what you decide to get!
