Wow! The New York Deck is going to be one of my aquisitions, when my student loan money comes through! (Of course, I've always thought I should have been born in Manhattan and named Alex instead of being Jennifer from Arkansas. :P )
The people! The places. They pop out of the cards in a big way.
(And yes, the Dame of Wands. . .you don't tinkle on her leg and tell her it's raining, do you?)

Lots of Italian decks seem to commerate cities.
The Amerigo Folchi ones:
Palio de Pistoia--I have this one! There's a 78 card version and one with 22 majors and courts.
Citta de Ferarra-78
Carnival de Venice-78.
An odd one called Duoma di Siena is about the cathedral in Siena-78 cards.
I was hoping to find one of Ravenna someday.
A beautiful 22 card one of Genoa is by Pier Canosa.
Ernesto Solari did a 22 scenic one of Lake Como.

Just want to say...that 6 of swords is wonderful.
That traveller looking expectantly what is ahead...that card just IS travel. You don't see people in the threadmill of life looking like that. And yes, that queen of wands is cool too. I like all the cards I've seen on-line so far.
