The Tarot of Transition has the suits of Swords, cups, coins and staves. Since a stave is another word for a staff, that's fairly close.

... is the Cagliostro, which utilizes majors painted in a belle epoque style, with minors based on Marseilles decks. Not a good mixture.

edited to add: the deck does, however, have the loveliest back of any of the decks I own: navy blue with bronze astrological wheel, with the Modiano name and trademark in the wheel hub.

Depends very much on what you mean by traditional.
Do you mean "coin" instead of the modern Golden Dawn "pentacle"?
and "baton" instead of the modern Golden Dawn "wand"?
Please define what you mean by traditional suits.

Well, to be honest I very quickly gave away the Kier by U.S. Games away.
So far the only "Egyptian" style tarot that works for me are the two modern recreations of the Comte. St. Germain version where in the majors Strength as 11 and Justice 8, which works for me.
The minors are similar enough to be considered standard, although it is coins and staffs instead of pentacles and clubs or wands.
I use the booklet from the Ibis Tarot from AGMueller (distributed by U.S. Games) and the art cards from Lo Scarabeo's Egyptien Tarot by S. Alasia.
I do like the art from the Laua Tuan Egyptian from Di Vecchi (Italian) and the Clive Barrett Ancient Egyptian, but they
are more useful for me to do for small comparisons.
All these above actually have do a version of Cups, Swords, Staves and Coins and the King/Queen/Knight/Page, except for the Ibis. There seemed to be a small convention in some decks (Ibis and Knapp Hall) of making Page into Slave, which seemed to be a design choice to do with their themes. (The Knapp-Hall is not Egyptian)
I hope this narrows down your search a little.

They are very similar about symbols, images etc.
The Kier's minor arcana are suitless. I don't know if any of the Kier deck's Spanish and Latin American relatives have suited minor arcana.
However, I do know that the divinatory meanings of cards 23 to 78 of the Kier (its minor arcana) correspond with the upright card divinatory meanings (although sometimes it's the reversed card DMs) of cards 22 to 77 of the Etteilla decks (its suited minor arcana). As for Etteilla decks, you can check out the original one which is the Grand Etteilla deck (reproduction published by Grimaud or Dusserre) or the later and differently-imaged Etteilla deck known as the Tarot Égyptien (reproduction published by Dusserre and now by Lo Scarabeo, the Lo Scarabeo being sold as the Book of Thoth deck). You can find scans of all 78 cards of the Grand Etteilla (Grimaud) on the www.tarot.com website; check out their website index.
Note that there is another Etteilla deck which is known as the Jeu de la Princesse (described in the Filipas article listed in my first post). The Princesse deck keeps the Etteilla meanings but discards suits. Being suitless, it is therefore the closest Etteilla relative to the Kier deck.
The Grand Etteilla and the Tarot Égyptien four suits are Deniers (Coins), Batons (Staves), Coupes (Cups) and Épées (Swords).
You can find detailed DMs (and synomyms) for the Etteilla decks on Jim Revak's website: Villa Revak.
Hope this helps.

THE IBIS TAROT! It has the 78 cards, four suits/elements, court cards, etc. Doesn't have graphic pips, but quite a groovy deck none the less. It doesn't have traditional papyrus images - it's basically a good basic tarot deck with an Egyptian theme. I have it and use it and like it!
