Help ISBN no. needed - tarot of the spirit

Hi all Hope its ok to put this thread here? Can you all run upstairs get your Tarot of the Spirit set (book and cards set) and tell me the ISBN please. Disaster in the house. Husband is having difficulty getting it for me!!!!! He had it on order for 2 weeks from a store on the internet and they've just e-mailed him to say they can't get it! Now I'm pannicking! I don't know the ISBN of the book and card set as I had to get mine seperately. I think I ended up getting the book from the States and the cards from the Somerville site. Love and light Sulis xx

thanks Sulis I'm having real trouble. Lots of secondhand books in the States but will not ship, maybe its because they're so cheap? I think I may have to coax him into taking me to Glastonbury, the cards are there but no book. Moonbow*

Moonbow I got the cards from www.playingcardsales.com and the book from Amazon.com. The book was much cheaper than the list price over here. Love and light Sulis xx

Have you tried asking Jeannette from Tarot Garden? According to their database, it is in stock - and from the description, it sounds like both the deck and the set may be in stock. If you have not dealt with Tarot Garden before, you will be extremely pleasantly surprised as to their care and genuine service to the Tarot World community. Highly recommended - mention Aeclectic as part of your order, it will assist Solandia :)

Moonbow*, Incidentally, a couple of months ago, I ordered this deck with book from the US and it was lost somewhere on its way. Another deck was sent but was also lost on the way....! I am still unable to figure out why this happened....., or is it- as the one who sent these items calls it-a :confused: I hope you will have better luck with your order(s). Needless to say I never re-ordered the deck and/or the book and placed different orders for another deck altogether. I am usually not one to give up easily but I guess I was not meant to have it.........:OL

Feebie, I do not know where you are located, but ever since September 2001, items sent to Australia from the US take anywhere between 4 to 12 weeks (actually, on one occasion, even longer). It use to take between four and twelve days, by the way. You may find that they actually appear in the mail... [edited to correct a typographical error in my spelling of 'feebie' :)]

Hi Moonbow, Both deck and book are available from amazon UK but they don't have them in stock so you have to wait. I bought the book and deck seperately. On amazon you have to search for either Pamela Eakins or Joyce Eakins, then check to make sure you have a book and deck, their descriptions are not to clear and I nearly ended up with two books lol Good luck in your search but I don't think you'll get either one delivered before christmas now, Somerville's has probably already closed down for Christmas and the same with Alida - Maybe you could make them a New Year pressie. :) Book ISBN :- 0877287309 Deck ISBN:- 0880795441

Thanks for all your help everyone. Wish I'd got the set in Glastonbury in October when I saw it - a lesson learnt. I know I can get hold of the deck here in UK now - I may have to buy the book separately afterall. Emily - thanks for the ISBN and amazon advise. I nearly had the same problem as you which is why I asked for the ISBN. Their site is a bit confusing sometimes and you can only tell by the price whether its the set or just cards. Moonbow*

ISBN on my Tarot of the Spirit is ISBN 0-88079-544-1 for the deck and ISBN 0-87728-730-9 for the book. I did buy them as a set, so I'm not sure which of the two numbers you need. Hope this helps. Thea
