Anyone have this deck from Argentina? I just ordered it a few days ago, mainly due to the wonderful color scheme and pics that I found on Solandia's list of decks here. (Edited to correct mistaken idea that the minors are pip-only cards.)
Do any of you read with the Napo? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I'm also interested in knowing whether anyone collects Tarot specifically from a variety of countries of origin. (Travel by Tarot?) What decks do you have from what places?
I can't really call myself a collector right now, I have so few, but when/if income allows I will likely begin to increase my collection exponentially. :D

The cards 2 to 10 of each suit of the Napo deck are not pip-only cards: they're fully illustrated (modelled closely after the Rider-Waite images), with English keyword on top of the card, and Spanish keyword at the bottom of the card.
I like this deck, though I don't refer to it much these days. Any discussion or questions would be welcome as it could revive my interest in this deck. Besides the colourful and vibrant art of the deck, one of the things that attracted me to it was that its 2 to 10 cards uniquely married the R-W and Thoth, in that they have illustrations (as does the R-W) and keywords (as does the Thoth). Not that I needed the keywords to understand the images, but because of the novelty of the idea.

Huh, I wonder how I got the impression that they weren't illustrated minors. Thanks for the info. I'm really looking forward to this deck. I'll definitely share my impressions when I get them.

I Have this deck and i really loev some of the cards. Especially the lovesr card...maybe i will hang a print of it on my wall some day.
The colours are what drew me to this deck ( most decks actually ;) ) and on that point the dcek did not disapoint me.
The minor arcana however is just plain and simple...now symbolism or new ways to look at certain cards....well atleast i did not discover any.
I did do some readings with it. The decks is very readable and i think its exeptionally good for beginners....Not to complecated and clear!
Love
