Do you own the Gilded Tarot?

OK, I'm curious...after finding out about the Gilded Tarot Deck in a thread and seeing it, I had to have it....so here comes the poll...just curious...so no need to comment unless you wish... terri

I really like the major arcana cards, but some of the minors look a bit 'choppy' to me. I had the same feeling from the quest tarot. I might buy it when it comes into mass production, but I'm much more interested in Adflatus.

hi Tmgrl2 I won it. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to order it. I couldn't afford it. I would have had to wait untill it came out in the fall. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it and use it almost every day. The Golden and the Gilded trade off days. So I chose #1 Have it Love it Use it

Hi tmgrl2!!! I voted that I don't have it, but would get it if I could afford it!!! I am still trying to decide whether or not I should try putting some money aside and getting it within a few months....of course, I could always wait for the less-expensive version but....for some reason I am almost *obsessed* with having the limited edition! Oh, and I didn't choose the option to have someone buy it for me because, I mean....seriously, that is A LOT of money to spend on someone you barely know....LOL!!! Of course....if anyone does have the burning desire to buy it for me....I am definitely open to the idea!!! Hehehe!!! }) I absolutely LOVE this deck, I have loved it since I first laid eyes on it over a year ago.....and I am very excited to know that in about four months, I will finally have it in my hands..... :D Luna

Big ((((((HUGS)))))) to Ciro! He''ll probably never realise how much winning that deck ment to me. It came along at a time in my life when I was feeling really low. And it made me feel lucky and blessed. It is a very wonderful creation and he should be soooo proud!

I like the deck, but I will wait until fall and get the mass market version. I understand what can induce folks to buy the LE. Lord knows I have bought a few rather expensive items in my life. Just not this one I guess, but no disrespect to the deck which is gorgeous.

I voted for have it and love it because I'm sure that's what I'd say when I get it and I almost have it, but it was shipped to my father's house in San Diego while I'm moving to Florida. As soon as it's forwarded, I'm sure I'll love it!

I aquired the special edition quite some time ago. All I can say is that the images on the artist's web site don't do the deck justice. The detail and color is just outstanding. Certainly not cheap, it was a special treat from my husband, but in my opinion truly worth every cent. For all those who may say that no tarot deck is worth this much, I would respond by saying that for me this isn't just a tarot deck.... its a family heirloom. However I must admit to being a bit wary of using it too often, so I'll probably get the standard version coming out later this year, for every day use.
