I searched through the website, and found quite a few kaballah inspired pictures, but not more Tarot cards. I suspect it is a one off? Oh, and the kaballah connection is reinforced by the name Adoni which means my lord (Adon is lord, i at the end makes it a possesive)

That's interesting. Thanks. By the way, I'm also wondering what the second "a" in the word "Adonaî" stands for. Or is "Adonaî" just a variation on "Adoni"? (The spelling of Adonaî suggests that it is pronounced Adon-aye-ee.)

a 'one-off' is a single, one-of-a-kind artwork; that's as opposed to one of many, like the artwork in an edition of tarot cards.

I just got this deck. It is a Russian deck I bought on eBay. The title listed in English is: RUSSIAN MAGIC TAROT of UNKNOWN PAINTER. All of the writing on the box is in Russian. It does have an ISBN number: 985-6391-06-7. You can still pull up the auction with item # 2233715758. The court cards and majors in this deck look extremely similar to the Russian Tarot by Victor Bakhtin, available at Tarot Garden. However, I think the Queen you have is from the deck I got from Ebay. The cup in the upper left corner on your sample is identical to the cup in my card.

Hello,
Thank you me know. If you do not mind i will edit your post and post to comptarot, which is where the card was seen by one of the members.
How are the pips? Is the deck a rider inpired deck, or more along the likes of TdeM?
Are all the cards as beuatiful as the queen/cups?
Thank you..

I have no problem with you editing my post and putting it on comptarot.
The Courts and Majors are all fully illustrated like the Queen of Cups. The pips are more TdeM. The pip symbols are very flat looking. For example, the cup in the corner of the Queen of Cups, that is the same cup on the cups cards. On the swords cards, the symbol is two crossed swords. Ie, the ace has two small crossed swords in the middle of the card, etc.
