Who here has this deck and would like to discuss?
http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/affirmations/
I got this deck.. many thanks to faunabay. :) I love it! I don't usually use it as a deck to shuffle and pull a card. I mostly use it as a "card book" of sorts. I pull my daily card from my regular deck (Diamond Tarot at the moment) and then pull out the corresponding card from the affirmations deck. I learn so much about the cards I pull. Today I pulled "8 of Swords" and the affirmation that I picked is perfect for me right now:
"I gather the courage to move away from negative thoughts that restrict me."
I take that day's affirmation card and place it on my altar and have it to focus on for the day. :)
I love the interpretation/affirmations that go with each card. It makes every card in the deck a positive card to work with and it really hits home for me.
Highly Recommend! :)

actually I havent tried yet to shuffle and use this deck for readings (except for one 1-card reading), but might make a really cool reading deck too! What do you think?

This seems to be quite an interesting deck, and may come handy at times.
There are some deck-accompanying books that also have affirmations, though not as detailed, for every card; to mention a couple, there are the and , the latter has them for its Major Arcana only .
For example, in the High Priestess affirms :
"The veil is thin and I can see.
I know the unknown.
It's no mystery to me"
In the book, which is inspired by the Tarot Deck, the Two of Wands for example affirms:
" I ground my energy as I take risks, I balance my branching out with a solid foundation. Wherever I journey to, I remain aware that it is important to replenish my energy to prevent burnout"
Others may also know of different accompanying books that contain some kind of insightful affirmations as well.

Too funny!
Everytime I obtain a deck, a thread on it appears.
And sunflower, I'm using it exactly the same way you are.
I just started doing daily draws as I begin to learn traditional meanings.
I used the Affirmations deck (thank you Mimers!) to flesh out the meaning, but also to see what aspect of myself or thing I need to work on speaks to me from the card.
Another deck like this is the Tarot of the Crone...there are lovely verses for each card that are really evocative.
