According to the website of Milorad Pavić, the deck [major arcana only] was created by Ivan Pavić for Milorad Pavić's novel “The Last Love In Constantinople”.

Does anybody have a copy of that novel? Are card scans (black and white / colour?) reproduced in the body of the novel? Is a physical deck of cards (22 cards) included with the deck?
Thanks.

I can't answer the rest of your questions, but I do know that yes, the cards are included with the book. I've been meaning to get it myself when I can fit it in the budget, if only for some hopefully good book reading. :)

Do you know if the cards included with the deck are full size cards?
Thanks.

A book with the deck inside (you can take the cards out and cut them for use) is available from Tarotgarden. They have it listed as the Poslednja Ljubav Tarot from Serbia. Cards are printed on cardboard. I am not sure if this is the same book though.

Truelight: Not the same, but thanks for mentioning that! I'll go take a look at that one too later :D
Rusty Neon: It'd make more sense for the publisher if they were bound-in; however, it's entirely possible that they're standard sized loose ones. No PMs from anyone yet? I figured that someone here must have gotten it by now!

only had black and white scans of the deck.
Rusty's questions:

Yes, I have. The English version has black and white scans at the end of the book. It is not reproduced in the body of the novel, as the chapters can be mixed up in ordering depending on if you have the cards and mix them up. No, my English translation do not have cards, only black and white scans.
My white pages of the black and gray scans are dull things indeed and aren't usable as cards, to me. If they had been nice, I would have taken the care to cut the small scans out and use them as cards--I've done this in the past.
Best wishes on your search,
Cerulean

I saw it listed on Amazon.com...a paperback...but the write-up did not mention the inclusion of tarot cards. It also has not received very good reviews if you pay attention to that sort of thing. :-)

And I checked the Magician card on Tarotgarden.com -- it looks the same to me.
