Good Morning to All,
I'm shaking os bad that please forgive any misspellings. I saw the aftermath of an multi car accident on the way in to work thismorning. 2 cars w/7 adults and 1 toddler. i stopped to call 911 but all the curciuts were busy and then i heard the baby crying. i had to get to the other side to offer aby asssentance that i cangive. i would say at least 6 men stopped to help get these women out fo their turck which was on it's roof.
all i could do was check on the other vechilce just shaken up. the two women who were rescued i offered comfortable and a beach blanket to sit on while the emergency people worked on getting their mother out of the back of the truck. she was unconscious and stuck.i told her daughters that she's got the best damn police/fire dept working to save her life and that they needed to sit down though injuries are not seen the shock could hit at any second. that's all i could remember from my childhood first aid classes. of course that's 30 something yrs ago.
please send healing and peaceful light to the family who's truck was flipped over on it's roof, the family who were also struck by the truck that fled the scene, send light to the one who caused this to turn themselves in. bless the emergency workers, the men who stopped and the police officer that was on her way home from shift. the injured will most likely be at yale-new haven hospital, i work at the university and pray that they make it in time.
(sob) :( i tried and did what i could. i gave my heart to them to help the best i could.
blessed be and thanks.

I also think you are wonderful. It took courage for a person to make a decision to stay and help!

Having been involved ina similar situaton (Being a bystander to something not very nice) I am thanking the Gods tat you stopped! It is a sd fact tat not many people stop and help these days, and it does take some sort of courage to do what you did.
Well done.

You all are just soooooooo great! The hugs and pats on the back is what i needed because i did more than anyone just driving by and praying. i have no updates nor will i for obvious reasons. it didn't make the local news but it might be in the papers tomorrow.
blessed be's to all the police, fire fighters and rescue workers around the world! they have a tough job that i wouldn't want to pursue it.
THANKS AND LOVE! :*

purple goddess,
you might consider calling the hospital. even without names, you could describe the kind of accident and the time. although they may not be able to give you information, they may pass on your name to someone in the family. your concern will probably mean a lot to the victims.

You did do all you can, anything else medical or physical would have to be left wth the proffs. I hope you didn't put yourself in danger- hope you can find out how they are doing!

thanks again all and there's an update. it made the morning newspaper and i was able to get more information. all but 1 person has been released from the hospital yesterday, she has head and internal injuries from not wearing her seatbelt in the backseat...
lesson, i'll be wearing my seatbelt in the back from now on. in my generation we didn't use the belts. my dad cut them all out. i'm 39...
please rest, i didn't put myself in danger cause i know my limitations. i did what i could instinctly and knowing that there is no 3rd party that caused the accident. it was the woman i was helping the most. but that doesn't matter, as long as everyone is alive and going to recover!
i feel better too. just left the office and went to my friends pool to relax and be w/mother goddess. i slept like a rock last night, thanks for that..your love, support and guidance is really an influence in my life!
blessed be's to all!

PurpleGoddess,
I hope all involved will be ok. They will be in my thoughts and prayers, as will you.
You're quite strong for doing as you did, most people these days are scared to get involved. Some pass by and will always have to feel guilt or wonder if they could have helped. You are blessed that you know the answers for yourself.
You're wonderful, I hope if something as awful happened to loved one's of mine, someone just like you would be there for them.
In love and light,
Kismet

hi all,
thank you for the support and encouragement to keep walking in the light of the Goddess/God. i knew i wouldn't be able to live w/myself if i didn't at least do what i can do when i heard the baby cry. it's a part of us all to do undo others as they do undo us...it's a teaching of Jesus but isn't it also part of the all religions and spiritual beliefs?
as a human being and a spiritual entity i believe it is our responsiblity to make the world a better place. even w/just a smile or letting someone get in front of you on the highway..(especially when the blinker's on). it's the simple things that and the out of the ordinary that most ignore...many people are very self centered and don't care about anyone else. i'm trying to change that about myself one day at a time.
as far as i know. all victims are well and going about their lives. but the trauma i know will be w/them for a while. so keeping them in our light prayers is a good idea.
blessed be~
