Newbie questions on the Healing Earth Tarot

Hello people, I'm a new user of the tarot, and was fortunate (as I found they are out of print) to own a set of Healing Earth Tarot cards. My question is as to whether there is any relevance to a card being reversed when doing a spread? I read the book and I don't see any indication of interpretation, nor does it say anything in particular as to whether the cards should be turned around if they are reversed. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Tat2dLady - Welcome to the community. :) As you might imagine, questions about using reversed cards come up quite often and it's my personal opinion that the deck you use doesn't really make much difference to whether or not you use them.
