I was doing a reading with Morgan Greer and for the first time, noticed that on the 2 wands, there's a second, ungloved hand (with a tattoo?) holding one of the wands!
Whose hand is that? And is he helping or stealing the man's wand?
In other decks, one wand is sometimes anchored down or bolted to a wall. I never noticed this Morgan Greer difference before!
In this particular reading, I took it to mean someone contributing action to the plan. (Ever the optimist.)

Hi Imagemaker,
This is taken from 'Spiritual Tarot - 78 Paths to personal development' by Signe E Echols, M. S., Robert Mueller and Sandra A. Thompson -
'This card speaks of choices and potential new partnerships, so aptly represented by the hand of th unseen person in the lower left corner of the card'
I haven't got the book which goes with this deck but I'm sure that addresses the hand as well.
Hope that helps.
Love
Sulis xx

Wow - I had never noticed that before - and so, had never had "partnership" in the meanings either...
I always saw the looking at the far shore, either in hope or in disappointment, depending on the reading.
