does anyone else still have difficulty with the court cards sometimes?..i have always used more traditional decks ie rider-waite,sharman-caselli etc.Are there any decks available where the court cards seem to "speak" to the reader?

The 'Druidcraft' has lovely courts; very expressive. They have a lot of personality and you can 'feel' them in a reading.

Hi,
I had this problem but then I read 'Understanding the Tarot Court" by Mary Greer. It helped a lot.

I haven't been a member long, but I've found the discussions of the various cards on this board of more value than my books. There is a thread at the top of this forum listing links to discussion threads.
Hope this helps.

Ancient Egyptian by Clive Barrett - but then the whole deck is exquisite.
I agree with LittleBuddha - the Druidcraft courts are very good.
I think Ciro's Gilded is another one worth mentioning.
I found The Tarot Court Cards by Kate Warwick-Smith useful.
