I was taught that the Queen of Cups is supposed to be the most "psychic" character besides the High Priestess, like HP´s little sister.

Incidentally, at the beginning of 2006 I did a 13 card spread for the year, one card for each month, and one for the whole year in general, and I got the Queen of Cups for June, and can I just say that throughout June, I was scaring myself with how accurately I was reading for other people. The cards were CRAZY clear to me. It was pretty sweet.
