I have faith that the cards that come up are always the right ones to answer the question I asked.
If I am not getting an answer that makes sense to me, I figure I must be too tired, not focusing well...I do put the cards away, but not in anger or mistrust just take it as a sign that I was not up to reading at that moment.
Often too, if I give myself the needed rest and come back the next day and look at the cards again, they will make sense then.
I have on occasion, when the cards are not making sense to me, recombined the deck and reshuffled and started again. I often get cards that make more sense the second time. And by then I can usually see what the first cards meant, as the new cards make things clearer.
