Thank you, Cerulean for posting the link, very interesting reading. I have been intrigued by the geometrical style to Harris' artwork in the cards and this certainly does explain where this developed from.

Frieda Harris was in between Crowley's tantric ecstasies and Steiner's Christian Neoplatonic metaphysics: she was an aesthetic middle-path between too much body and too much spirit.Crowley was poetry.Steiner was geometry.But her ART is uniquely both--look at Major 10,its blend of heaven above and earth below and our spinning selves caught between.It's Crowley--Steiner : passionate,archetypal,alive with human soul.
