I saw this and thought worth posting. I so prefer plants or herbs over prescription or even over the counter meds when I can use them.

First thing I do, TCO

I'm on blood pressure meds so always check interactions. For instance, I can't eat grapefruit, it makes the meds work about twice as much.

Whatever plant,essential oil or crystal you currently gravitate toward, look up the properties,magick or uses and see if any of it resonates with you. I like using plants and crystals together, they are a wonderful complement to traditional healing modalities.
