herbs for sleep and relaxation?

avoiding tomatoes, cheese and coffee is good idea.
eating oats, pumpkin, turkey, lettuce and celery at evening meal can help with sleep.
drinking cherry juice is good about half hour before bed.
valerian is good natural sedative, and b complex if stress or anxiety is a factor.

Thanks for all the grand ideas!

Sometimes I just need something to help me STAY asleep. I fall asleep, but tend to wake up after about four or five hours. I prefer natural aids that just help deeper sleep and you've all given me some great ones.
