Well, you use it to read. Generally the meanings on the cards are keywords for upright and reversed, and if often works by card combinations. Try Art of Cartomancy for some card meanings and spreads in English.
Most of the material on sibillas is in Italian. I think I've seen a bit in German, too, so if you know either of those languages, give a shout, cos there are a few other pages around.

Well, I'm Fluent in Spanish & Enhlish, so I guess Italian should not be so hard for me since Im fluent in Spanish, & Spanish is pretty close to Italian... Thanks

oh, I looked at the La Vera Sabillia, and it seems to have 3 meanings one in large on top, and 2 small one's at the bottom...? why is that...?
