"6. Tarot 1900, 22 cards, by Simply Red Books, Vancouver, expected date of release 2008"
I found a website for Simply Read Books and sent an email to them asking for a release date, just now. They have children's books and some are illustrated by Iassen Ghiuselev. I did not see this tarot on that site yet. It's not at Amazon yet as a pre-order either.

I got a reply from Simply Read Books this morning.
"It will be published in 2009."
That's all the info they gave me about Tarot 1900. I'm glad I got a reply, but I guess we'll just have to wait a few months before anymore is known. I'll be looking forward to this release.

I've got an e-mail from Iassen today.
He wrote, that this Tarot is not still available for costumers, but there is a publisher who is
intendended to publish them and he hopes this will be soon.
